The FIT4MOM Running Club is a running group in Montgomery County, MD offering moms training programs lead by certified running coaches.
Our Fall 5K program is an 8 week training program, leading up to the Race for Every Child 5K on October 21. This program is designed for beginners or experienced runners and is stroller-friendly. The Running Club will meet on Saturday mornings leading up to the race: August 26 - October 14, with the race taking place on October 21 downtown.
Our Fall 10K program is an 8 week training program, leading up to the Veteran's Day 10K downtown on November 12. The program is designed for runners of all levels, who have ideally completed a 5K recently (or can already run 3 miles). The Running Club will meet on Saturday mornings leading up to the race: September 16 - November 4, with the race taking place on November 12 downtown.
Our combination 5/10K training program will train for both the Race for Every Child 5K and the Veteran's Day 10K, meeting from August 26 - November 12.
Our half marathon training program is a 12 week training program, leading up to the Parks Half Marathon on September 10.
