Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms improve strength, muscle tone, and posture. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!

Experience High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) total-body workouts that challenge even the elite athlete. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of the postnatal woman, whether she had her baby six months ago or 20 years ago.

Our 5-week mini-session will give you a taste of a Body Back 8-week Transformation. Our specially-trained coaches will take you on a journey to reach your fullest potential. Our program is proven by university-backed studies to shed fat, increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy.

Body Back Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout.

Train with us! With a group run each week, a personalized training program, and a private group for extra motivation and tips, you will be more than prepared come race day!

We have training programs available for multiple distances: 5K, 10K and now a half marathon!

To participate in the half marathon program, the runner should already be able to comfortably run 3-4 miles.

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms! Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.

We train and certify our Fit4Baby® instructors so they are fully equipped to lead pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. Fit4Baby® classes are interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises.

Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to health; and exercise is an important component to well-being for pregnant women and new moms. We encourage each member of any FIT4MOM® program to seek a physician's approval before starting any exercise program. Fit4Baby®: helping soon-to-be mothers find the STRENGTH FOR MOTHERHOOD!

Body Back Nutrition is to be purchased in conjunction with a Body Back Membership.
When signing up for the nutrition program you are committing to 8 weeks virtual nutrition coaching and 2 live Body Back classes per week.
There are no refunds for the Body Back nutrition coaching.
All sales are final.
