Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms improve strength, muscle tone, and posture. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!

Experience High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) total-body workouts that challenge even the elite athlete. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of the postnatal woman, whether she had her baby six months ago or 20 years ago.

Body Back Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout.

To participate in the half marathon program, the runner should already be able to comfortably run 4 miles.

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms! Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.

We train and certify our Fit4Baby® instructors so they are fully equipped to lead pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. Fit4Baby® classes are interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises.

Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to health; and exercise is an important component to well-being for pregnant women and new moms. We encourage each member of any FIT4MOM® program to seek a physician's approval before starting any exercise program. Fit4Baby®: helping soon-to-be mothers find the STRENGTH FOR MOTHERHOOD!

Join us for our inaugural MEGA Mother's Day Class + Celebration of YOU!

Schedule of Events:

  • 9:30a Check in - be one of the first 50 to check in on the square and receive a goody bag with great giveaways from our sponsors!
  • 10:00a Class - Our class will begin with a fun, energetic warm up to music lead by our team of instructors. Class will then travel, so please arrive on time.
  • 11:00a The Celebration of MOM (that's you!) Begins! This hour is all about you! From giveaways (+ the raffle of a LIFETIME ----including a BOB stroller!!!) to a mini photo shoot to pampering for you to fun crafts for the kids....we've got you covered this hour!
You must register for class + sign the online waiver prior to attending. Class is limited to the first 100 to register.
