Body Back 8-Week Transformation

Body Back Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout.

What Does Body Back® Transformation Session Include?

  • 2 HIIT Workouts per week in a small group format (moms only, no kiddos at Body Back)!
  • Family friendly recipes provided and weekly meal planning support
  • At home workouts and challenges
  • Before & After fitness assessments and measurements
  • Online coaching and support


Next Session begins the week of March 9:

  • Early Mornings: Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5:30-6:30a @My Gym Potomac
  • Evenings: Mondays & Thursdays 7:30-8:30pm @ Rescue 2 (Wheaton Rescue Squad)
  • Daytime: Mondays & Thursdays 10:30-11:30a @Rescue 2 (Wheaton Rescue Squad) *with optional playgroup available for children
  • Daytime: Tuesdays & Fridays 9:45-10:45a @ZavaZone in Rockville *with optional playgroup available for children
    • ZavaZone classes include trampoline work and require special grip socks
  • Platinum and Gold members may join our 8-week program (nutrition and support) for an additional $99, pending availability
