Running Club - 5K or 10K

Train with us! With group runs each week, a personalized training program, and a private group for extra motivation and tips, you will be more than prepared come race day!

We have training programs available for multiple distances: 5K, 10K and a half marathon, all lead by certified running coaches!

5K Training Program

Our 5K program is an 8 week training program, leading up to the National Police Week 5K in the spring and the Race for Every Child 5K in the fall.

This program is for any level runner - from zero to years of experience - you are welcome!

10K Training Program

Our 10K program is an 8 week training program, leading up to the Lawyer's Have Heart 10K in the spring and another local 10K in the fall.

To participate in the 10k program, the runner should be able to comfortably run 2.5 miles at enrollment.


5K/10K Combo

Our combination 5/10K program is a 12 week training program that will train for both the Police Week 5K and the Lawyer's Have Heart 10K in the spring, and the Race for Every Child 5K and another local 10K.

This program is for any level runner - from zero to years of experience - you are welcome!


Half Marathon

Our Half Marathon training program is a 12 week training program, leading up to the Rock n Roll DC for our winter session and the Parks Half marathon in the summer.

To participate in the half marathon program, the runner should be able to comfortably run 4 miles at enrollment.


Kristy Morales is a certified FIT4MOM Running Coach and Strides 360 Instructor and the program manager for both programs. She is excited to help you realize you ARE a runner and help you achieve your goals!

Heather Galladora is the owner of FIT4MOM Montgomery County. She is a certified running coach, a Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Strides 360 & Body Back instructor, is a longtime FIT4MOM member, an avid runner, wife, & mother of three young girls. She is excited to spread her love of running to you as a running coach!

Jenny Birks is a mom, wife, and certified FIT4MOM running coach. She has a tremendous love for running and will help you achieve any running goals you may have. Jenny will also help you find the focus and determination needed to succeed!

Susan Dutra is a certified FIT4MOM Running Coach. She has a passion for running and helping women balance distance running and motherhood! She can’t wait to coach Run Club’s half marathoners!
