Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

As an added bonus to our Run Club session participants, we are adding a few optional weekday runs as a way to get homework runs completed with a certified coach and with the company of others. This is a complimentary option for our current run club members.

We are so excited to welcome the hippity hoppity Easter Bunny to Westfield Montgomery! Join us for a fun stroller class where a special visitor may just jump in and join us for the last few minutes of class. It's going to be a lot of fun, an event you won't want to miss!

Our stroller mash up class will begin promptly at 9:30a. We will gather for warm-up in the Aroma Hallway on the lower level of the mall. Enjoy a full body workout that incorporates our Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre and Strides 360 classes and then stay after for some spring fun and maybe even a special photo opp with our special class visitor! Psssst....we recommend not telling the little ones about our visitor so the surprise is genuine when he HOPS over!

All children must be safely bucked in their strollers during the workout portion of class. After class and our final stretch, they will be able to get out and have all the playgroup fun together!
