Stroller Classes
Below is our schedule for Stroller Strides & Stroller Barre classes for the fall. Please check Pike13 for current playgroup offerings, and be sure to register for class + playgroup in advance when you can!

Body Back
We're excited to offer Body Back classes every day of the week now!
Due to location availability, there are some changes to our drop-in locations beginning in September. We look forward to seeing you there to HIIT it together!
*BB fall schedule effective week of September 9, with a few minor tweaks due to location availability. Please check Pike13 and register for classes to stay in the know.
