What is Stroller Barre Anyway?

The official textbook answer:

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

But here's a better {REAL} answer:

What's an actual Stroller Barre class like?

A typical Stroller Barre class draws on concepts associated with barre, classical ballet, Pilates, yoga, and fitness. Each class will offer the opportunity for full-body conditioning that gets mamas on the move with strength and cardio intervals perfectly suited to the mom’s individual needs and desires. It is a stroller-based workout that incorporates exercise bands, a Core Ball, the environment and fun with baby to create a unique workout experience. We incorporate the best of Barre-inspired movements with our proven Stroller Strides format. Whether you're new to exercise or looking for a great toning session to add to your current routine, this class will be catered to your individual needs by your nationally certified instructor.

At the end of each Stroller Barre class, we want each mom to feel a deep connection to her body along with a feeling of improved posture and alignment. As in Stroller Strides, she will also feel a deep connection to her fellow mamas and her baby.

All Stroller Barre classes end with a flow-and-go stretching session. You will leave feeling motivated and inspired to take on your day!
