Fit4Baby Prenatal Fitness »

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms! (Other FIT4MOM® classes may include dads, nannies and other child caregivers.) Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.

We contract with certified Fit4Baby® instructors so they are fully equipped to lead pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. Fit4Baby® classes are interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises.

Stroller Barre »

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!


Stroller Strides »

Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.

Body Back 8 Week Transformation + Body Back Classes »

Ready to take your health and fitness to the next level? Our specially-trained coaches will take you on a journey to reach your fullest potential. Our meal plans, accountability and assessments are proven by university-backed studies to shed fat, increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy.

Run Club »

The FIT4MOM Running Club is a running group in Montgomery County, MD offering moms training programs lead by certified running coaches. Our Spring 5K program is an 8 week training program, leading up to the The National Police Week 5K on May 12. This program is designed for beginners or experienced runners and is stroller-friendly. The Running Club will meet on Saturday mornings leading up to the race: March 17 - May 5, with the race taking place on May 12 downtown.

Our Spring 10K program is an 8 week training program, leading up to the Lawyer's Have Heart 10K downtown on June 9. The program is designed for runners of all levels, who have ideally completed a 5K recently (or can already run 3 miles). The Running Club will meet on Saturday mornings leading up to the race: April 14 - June 2, with the race taking place on June 9 downtown.

Our combination 5/10K training program will train for both the Police Week 5K and the Lawyer's Have Heart 10K, meeting from March 17 - June 9 = 13 weeks of running...

Our Village: Support. Connect. Empower. Make a difference.

As moms ourselves we understand that life is about finding balance and nurturing our minds and spirits as well as our bodies. By joining Our Village, you will not only enjoy fun and playful activities with your child, but will build a tight community of like minded moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter.

Our Village consists of three essential components:

1. Free Playgroups (once per week at each location) Our goal is to provide meaningful experiences for both mom and child(ren). We facilitate uplifting supportive conversation for mom and developmental activities for children that emphasize wonder, discover and creativity.

2. Moms’ Nights Out (once per month) This is a time for moms! The goal is to provide an activity to allow your moms group to re-discover adult conversation and personal passions.
