Whether you want to train for fun, for speed or for anything else, enjoy the structure of our run or walk-training program! FIT4MOM's Run Club provides you with opportunities to train, learn, and improve no matter where you are on your running journey.

To start off 2026, we’re offering two Run Club options to support your unique training goals:
9-Week Session | $129
Perfect if you’re prepping for a late winter race—or just want a shorter training season. This session runs January 24 – March 22.
15-Week Session | $230
Ideal for those training for multiple fall races or just looking for longer support. This session runs January 24 – May 3.
All participants will begin with a base 8-week training plan for their distance of choice. Moms who choose the 15-week option will extend their training plan to achieve their personal goals once the initial winter training is complete.
With your Run Club session you will receive...
-A training plan for your race distance
-Weekly group run meet ups on Saturdays at 7:30am at different locations throughout Montgomery County
-Support from our FIT4MOM Certified Run Club coaches
-Group Accountability in-person & our private online group
-Cross-training opportunities with cardio endurance and strength classes and other FIT4MOM classses
-Social outings and goal-setting discussions
-A community of other moms ready to hit the pavement with you!
