You probably already know this, but we have an amazing, dedicated and talented team of instructors and playgroup captains here at FIT4MOM Montgomery County. I thought it would be nice if you could get to know a little more about each one of them, and I'm excited to continue our spotlight this month with....Kristen Ducey.

As you read her story below, it's kind of funny, because I so clearly remember that day when Kristen approached me at RIO. I was packing up after teaching a big Wednesday crowd, about to hop in the car as she ran up to me. She knew exactly what FIT4MOM was, and I could almost feel a sense of relief as she learned we were here...right near her new home. I left that day excited about meeting her, and that excitement was clearly for good reason!

If you attend playgroup on Thursdays in the Kentlands, you KNOW that Kristen is awesome at what she does. She gives 100% to everything she commits to, and I'm excited to have her alongside me as a run club coach for the half marathon group. Her passion and love for running (+ for supporting other moms!) is evident, and I cannot wait for her to share that passion and knowledge with others! If you've never met Kristen and her adorable trio, now's a great time to consider a half marathon....or come to a playgroup in the Kentlands! ;)
