This 8-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. So what does our Body Well® session include?

- Body Well Basics, a user friendly guide that includes your program overview, My Goal sheet, Good Eats chart, Recipes, Meal Planner, and Daily/Weekly Checklists
- An online seasonal Client Guide that dives deeper into recipes, food options, science, and more
- Two HIIT workouts . You must be able to attend both classes each week to enroll. We do not suggest missing more than two classes per session.
- Small group coaching with weekly themes & challenges in our private online group (not another Facebook group)

Choose from a closed session in Potomac at Cabin John Village or in Urbana at The Villages of Urbana. No matter which option you pick, you'll be a part of an amazing community of women supporting one another
