How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?
To cancel a membership, you must email the FIT4MOM Montgomery County franchise owner in writing one month before your next billing date. No refunds will be issued for dues already paid. Memberships are non-transferable and valid only within the Montgomery County franchise. If you wish to re-enroll after canceling, the full registration fee will apply.
Memberships may be placed on hold one time per year for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 4 months. Requests for holds must be received by the FIT4MOM Montgomery County owner in writing at least 14 days in advance. There is a $25/month hold fee (except for health reasons). Upon ending the hold, your membership and payments will automatically resume. It is a client's responsibility to track holds and reach out if any changes are needed. There are no refunds on your membership once a monthly payment has been processed. If a member wishes to cancel during a hold period, the member will still be responsible for full payment of their existing contractual agreement (hold periods DO NOT count towards any monthly contractual obligations). Client will not have access to virtual classes or member-only events during the hold period.
