When can I place my membership on hold or cancel it?
Holds can start any day of your billing cycle. Our system auto-prorates your membership upon release of your hold. There are no refunds on dues once payment has been paid. To avoid payment, all hold requests need to be received in writing by the FIT4MOM Montgomery County owner at least 2 weeks before the next payment is due and all cancelation requests need to be received at least 1 month before the next payment is due.
