The Well Rested

The Well Rested was founded by Erin Metheny, a mama of two and a relationship therapist turned pediatric sleep consultant. Erin specializes in working with parents of toddlers and school age children to help with quality and quantity of sleep, bedtime challenges, transitions (crib to bed, dropping nap, etc.), schedules, fears, connection, and more. She also works with many families with infants to improve schedules, naps, nighttime sleep, transitions (Snoo to crib, night weaning, etc.) attachment, and more. Erin loves helping babies and children gain the confidence in their abilities to put themselves to sleep and back to sleep as well as helping families achieve the sleep they desire in a little as two weeks. Erin offers one-week and two-week sleep packages as well as workshops.
