When indoors at RIO, our mom-only classes meet in the beautiful yoga room that is inside Sportrock Climbing Center.

There are two ways to get there:
1. The easiest way is to park in the garage above Guapos (photo below). Drive all the way to the top level and walk inside the building. It'll bring you to the entrance to Sportrock.
2. You can also enter the atrium from the ground level and take the elevator up to level 3.

Once inside Sportrock, head upstairs and you'll see the yoga room through the glass door. You may wear shoes, despite what the sign on the door says.

**When attending a class in Sportrock, we need you to fill out their waiver one time to have on file. You can do this at any time prior to your first class there. Thank you so much!
