FIT4MOM Playgroup Captain

Deisy is mom to Lucia, Hannah, Joshua, Zarah and soon to arrive Joseph. She is so happy to have joined FIT4MOM back in May 2019. She would always see moms working out with their kids at either Pike & Rose or the mall. She decided to search in google since she was too shy to ask the instructor how to join. Little did she know she was going to be part of an amazing team. Everyone is so friendly and the instructor made her feel so welcome, and when the instructor called her by name and encouraged her during class, she was surprised and felt important that someone took the time and remembered her name. All of the instructors she’s worked out with are incredible women, and she admires each one of them. She can honestly say it was the best decision she made when she joined.

An interesting fact about Deisy is that she can be funny impersonating people. :)
