Certified Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre & Body Ignite Instructor

Kim is mom to Amelia (7) and Andrew (3.5.) Kim first attended a Stroller Strides class when Amelia was 11 weeks old, in Philadelphia. A couple of years later when her family relocated to Washington state, she attended classes with the FIT4MOM DuPont & Lacey location. Kim ended up taking over the franchise a year later, and taught classes for four years, adding Andrew to the mix along the way! Kim’s family recently relocated to Maryland, and she is very excited to continue her FIT4MOM journey, teaching classes with FIT4MOM MoCo & Frederick!

An interesting fact about Kim is that she was born and grew up in Canada, and so both of her kids are also dual citizens!
