Tracy is mom to Max and Isabelle. She first joined FIT4MOM in July 2021 as an opportunity to connect with other moms while also enjoying something she loves to do (fitness)! She became an instructor in July 2024 and is excited to have an opportunity to give back to other moms in the community and share her love of fitness.

Fun fact about Tracy: She ran the New York City marathon.
